The location is poorly marked. There should be a larger road sign alerting potential customers. The trucks are not visible until you turn onto the property. There were 5-6 trucks just sitting. If I had not rented online I would have never known there was a U Haul dealer on this property There are thousands of people passing this location every day. No one can see it.
Ernest KWe had so many issues with the app in terms of picking up and dropping off, it added over 30 minutes to our total trip. Multiple problems uploading pictures and submitting information.
John BThey didn't leave any notes on the receipt charging me for missing equipment (moving pads which I was never given in the first place), so the customer service rep could only try to request a refund, but I might be screwed out of $200 if it doesn't happen.
Anna MBack of U-Haul had trash was left with a lot of dirt and the blankets were not folded.
