We had so many issues with the app in terms of picking up and dropping off, it added over 30 minutes to our total trip. Multiple problems uploading pictures and submitting information.

They didn't leave any notes on the receipt charging me for missing equipment (moving pads which I was never given in the first place), so the customer service rep could only try to request a refund, but I might be screwed out of $200 if it doesn't happen.
Anna MBack of U-Haul had trash was left with a lot of dirt and the blankets were not folded.
MICHAEL DTruck was dirty inside and really banged up. Pick up was a complete headache app wouldn’t work had to call customer service. Our truck was also double booked apparently.
