The pickup process was tedious. Other than that it was fine.

This is a non staffed pickup/drop off site. I only dropped off here and the process through the app was very easy.
GINA GI wanted a 15' truck for a one way and I reserved that. Then the day before I had 3 phone calls because there were no 15's anywhere I could go. I had to switch to a 20' and I want already worried about driving a 15'. Then the day I'm picking up the truck. I get a call that my moving pads aren't available in the location it took three calls to rereserve to. So an hour away from picking up the uhaul I had to again figure out a new location to go to. Everything else was good.
MADISON SI asked for a non-automated pickup and it was a disaster this difficult for people who are not that tech savvy to master through this it was awful what happened to real people and customer service
