good hours for drop off and pick up The truck had a serious safety issue, The engine shut off three times , and the dash went blank while driving at full speed. It happened twice on the bay bridge in Maryland ( where there was no place to pull over). I was able to restart the truck with the turn of the key while it was coasting with the engine off. It seemed like the key was not seating well within the ignition ( felt loose but I am not sure this was the issue). I told the service person when I dropped off the vehicle but I wanted it documented in writing as these needs to be followed up on by Uhaul.
HERMAN CI picked up the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. My round trip was 49 miles when I returned it. I was told the last registered gas listing was 3/4 tank of gas. I had to put $62 worth of gas in it for a 49 mile trip.
Beverly CThe video explaining the pickup procedure was highly lacking. There were way more steps than anticipated and the app was not helpful.
