Nobody there no response
Cody NExcellent customer service and communication at the Cranbrook location.
TERESA DParking was horrible for drop off.
cody nPoor communication from website. Site contractor in creston had temporalily closed down due to illness and surgery, this was not provided for. web booking did not communicate alternate site and had to contact website as I had booked online, where I was told to go to Cranbrook (a distance of 116km) to pick up booked equipment. Then continued to Calgary for my trip, return to Creston unload and then return to Cranbrook (again 116km return) return trailer and conclude booking. Compensation for the inconvenience of the circumstances is requested.
