Bad service bad customer service just a bad experience all in all . Wrong charges odometer not read properly . Calgary passing the buck on to Cranbrook. CRANBROOK passing the buck to Calgary . Still no resolve and extra charges put on my card. No investigating . Nothing

Ryan FI had booked a trailer at a closer location 2 weeks ahead of booking , had to travel to a further location (an 1.25 hrs out of town ) to pick up the trailer , unfortunately for myself the trailer had to be picked up a day earlier than needed as that location did not have the same days of operation, so booking ahead was not convenient giving me a few hours notice on the location change ,

James WWhen I rented the unit in Red Deer I was told I could return it to where I was living Trail BC. I had to then return it to Cranbrook 2 hours travel back and forth. I do have to say in the end you took care of me.
