In regards to the equipment, once we loaded up the truck we discovered that the back door cables did not allow for us close the door. The cables had come off the spools and were tangled. We phoned for road side assistance but there was no service available in our area. We phoned customer service to explain and upload the pictures. We decided the best course of action was to cut the cables so that we could close and lock the back door so we could move. No other trucks were available at the time. Customer service was very good to deal with and pleasant.
