They forgot to put the utility dolly in the uhaul before giving it to us, but I let the people know when we dropped off that we never had it, so there doesn't seem to be an issue. Just one oops. This uhaul dealer has always been fantastic when we needed uhaul services and have chosen them over others many times. Highly recommend. Professional, quick, and seems to always have the equipment we need.
