I'm not sure if pickup times are restricted by business hours, but it is important to know that you can only get the keys when the hardware store is opened (there isn't an outside lock box). However, they do have after hours return options.

TAYLOR OI received an email that they were going to report the truck I dropped off on the morning of Nov 15th, 2025. I took pictures of where I parked the truck, the plates and also the key that I left under the seat. I called the business after failing to find a drop box and left a message to please process the truck as soon as possible. I then called and spoke to the night manager who indicated that nothing was noted in the computer and that I would be fine. However, after that, I got a nasty note from U-Haul about the missing Uhaul. Totally a horrific experience! Donald Boatright
