Javier MLew is great and had no issue with this location. Unfortunately, the online service is NOT honest, professional or helpful. I originally signed up for a van a half a mile from my house and received a confirmation email for date and time. Two day later I was informed that I would have to pick up van 20-30 minutes away. I called and expressed my frustration that they told me and confirmed in email date and time. There were still three days before I needed the van … I told them to have one at the location and honor your commitment. “Sorry we don’t drive vans between locations.” I continued to protest and had to be transferred to level up. They then “magically” found a van 10 minutes away. I accepted and made the reservation 15 minutes earlier to account for the drive. Then 14 hours before pick up I was informed that my time was not acceptable and would have to pick up an hour later! I had already scheduled workers and with less than 24 hours notice was stuck with them scheduled WITHOUT A VAN. I called to express my frustration and demand satisfaction for Uhaul again not following through with their guarantee that COST me money. They said someone would call … I have not received any call.
