Lou is a super cool guy, the man helped me out by giving me a good rate, let me stay after hours and even let me borrow his dolly at no cost. Easy to get ahold of on the phone in case of anything. Super helpful. The storage facility looks clean, safe and secured. I’m a happy customer.

ABHISHEK GPick up was fine and smooth. Picked up truck with 1/4 tank of gas. On my way to return truck, I made sure to stop at gas station to add fuel in order to return with 1/4 tank of gas. Truck was parked at an angle when I left it (their front driveway is not flat at all). I don't know if they checked it while at a slant, but next day I get a charge for gas. When I called to discuss this, girl was short, rude, and didn't care. Said she would look into it, to which I never heard another thing from. Poor business tactics basically stealing from customers.
