I set up the truck pick up with a location near me. Several days prior to pickup, I confirmed with that location that they would have the truck and pads available on the scheduled pickup date and that someone would be there to assist. The day before the scheduled pickup date, U-Haul called me and said that I needed to pick the truck up at a location about 17 miles from my scheduled location. When I arrived at the new location, there was no one there to assist and they did not return my call until 3 hours later. I tried to log in to the website and had problems. When I called U-Haul, I was disconnected once and redirected three times before I got to the person who could help me. After about an hour at the location, I was able to get the truck but was told I would have to get the pads from yet another location. Horrible service.
