RASHAWN AThe lady that helped get me the trailer was very helpful. I had an old plug broken off into my light plug in for the trailer and she provided me with tools to clear it out. The only negative I have to say, and it isn’t necessarily her fault, they did not provide me with a coupler pin and clip. If someone was not knowledgeable of the need for them it could end badly. All U-Haul locations should stock said pins for all their trailers.
