We made the reservation online and wanted to pick up at a different location, but when that location did not have what we needed they changed it to this location. I was leery since it was farther, but everything went great. The drive to the facility was easy and the check in process was quick and the lady was very pleasant. The return process was great and the van we used worked perfect for hauling all items the items we needed for our luncheon service project.

ARTHUR MI stopped the truck off after hours so i didn’t interact with any staff but location was easy to find and drop box was easy to access
DEON BWas a little hard to know that's where the turn in was given the closed gate, but other than that it was great and I'd rent from them again if the need arises.
