JOHN COnline quoted me one price - I reserve the vehicle. I show up thereto pick up vehicle and I get a completely different price point I’m told that on return I would get a refund On my return, I got a three dollar refund…… Terrible online pricing that does not actually reflect what you will pay 0/10 I will never recommend your moving services ever again. I feel like I was completely ripped off for a in town use of a vehicle You should not have a platform online. That allows people to see how much it will cost. If at these small independent U-Haul pickups they are going to take as much from you as possible. 0/10 0/10 0/10
RACHEL RThe entire process, including booking and picking up was awful. After booking for a 12pm time slot I was assigned a 4pm time slot. Then, I was notified that there was no 10’ trucks available in the area and had to drive over 35 minutes.
