ZACHARY HEverything was handled well and cost-effective.
DAVID LThe check in process took over an hour. We could not get the lock open. My husband had to watch a Utube video to figure it out. I was on the phone holding for 20 minutes trying to get help with the lock. The trucks were parked in tall grass and weeds, I fell trying to get to the trucks. I probably would not rent with Uhaul again.
