The check in process took over an hour. We could not get the lock open. My husband had to watch a Utube video to figure it out. I was on the phone holding for 20 minutes trying to get help with the lock. The trucks were parked in tall grass and weeds, I fell trying to get to the trucks. I probably would not rent with Uhaul again.
Jeffrey GHave more size options in locations near where people are wanting to rent from. We were lucky enough to be able to drive almost 2 hrs away to pick up a truck to use. Most are not that fortunate.
SHIRLEY ANo dollys waited on hold for an hour had to go to a different location to find a dolly supposed to reimburse me for that credit some money back haven't seen that didn't put miles on I said brought back early because I couldn't load the stuff I needed to so wasn't a good experience
Jarrod HWe rented an open trailer for a quick trip. No flaw transaction and great service. Had what I needed. Hooked up and unhooked trailer to my vehicle which was a big help. Call ahead and reserve option is helpful since different trailers go in and out throughout the year. Keane runs the place and we have had mechanic work done on site as well. Very good mechanic.
