Very poor reservation process. We were told certain items were at certain locations and they were not. We also made a final reservation and next day after paying a taxi $150 to pick up, they told us they didn’t have the transporter. We had to pay a taxi again to take us to a new location. Drop off was terrible as well. We were given an address that would have space for our return and it was difficult to find and also insanely small.
Stephany EI was overcharged for gas even after providing the screenshot that I did not leave the tank on empty. I understand that it is in the contract that a $30.00 fee would be applied if gas was needed but on top of the $30.00 fuel fee I was charged 62.00 for 1/4 of a tank of gas.

Tigran HAbsolutely recommend Cali Auto Pros & Smog Check. Everything went smoothly. GREAT customer service and care went into our rental. They made sure the trailer was safely attached, and took extra time showing us the various workings of the equipment. Wonderful customer (respectful) service!! Will return again.
