I dealt directly with Dan. My issue was some call center trying to tell me I needed to change nut pick up time as they were trying to allow a double booking- I SPECIFICALLY went there and spoke with Dan in person so I would NOT have an issue picking up when I wanted the unit. I DID NOT appreciate the confusion with some remote location trying to have me move my reservation to accommodate another when I had booked weeks in advance AND in person. Do Better. Dan was EXCELLENT to deal with!!
