Dan is AWESOME!! He truly loves his job and cares about his clients. He was very thorough in reviewing my contract details and spent time escorting me to the truck. Dan showed me his tricks of the trade and a few hacks. While this was not my first choice in pick up locations, it will certainly be my go-to pick up location for my future needs. When I lost the key to my rental, I called Dan (on his day off, mind you), he answered promptly and gave me specific instructions on what I needed to do. Dan is ONE-OF-A-KIND!! jeff wSalesman at drop of was very prompt and professional. As well as he actually went into detail and explained my recipes and showed where we was allowed 107 miles for a 1 way truck for 24 hours. And anything over the 107 miles we was charged extra. The pickup location failed to notify me of this. But fortunately the drop off location had a professional salesman..
