Make it easier to rent a truck. I was lucky enough to find one on the lot, otherwise I was told by other rental locations in the area that I would have to make reservation through 800 number. I was also told that once truck arrived I would be told where to pick it up. Not good... there are a co uple of places in this area that I do not want to do business with. As for my experience Dan was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Probably legitimately the BEST Uhaul service I have EVER had. The guy handling the office was extremely knowledgeable. Extremely patient and kind when instructions how to secure the tow trailer. Very positive and friendly. Uhaul reps in the past have been very stand oafish. Heck, even the one we reserved after this, the one clerk of a team of 2 acted so condescending. But not the guy for this truck reservation. He was delightful! I dunno how Uhaul promotes but promote him!

I had GREAT service from Dan, the Uhaul dealer at this location. He explained all the various sizes and hooked up our equipment. We even had to upgrade and he helped us with that and a furniture cart. My complaint is the possible FEE that UHAUL charges for the after hours self check in return fee of $20. I should not have to pay that, and Dan was very kind and DID Not charge me. I would find another storage transport solution besides Uhaul if I was charged this fee. I will happily support and recommend Dan on National Highway for my Uhaul business. I will recommend him to others!

Our business rents trucks weekly from Uhaul for our business moves. We only rent trucks from Dan Fishers lot due to the fact I want to know that when I rent a truck the vehicle is clean and road worthy. Dan is exceptional in his business repor with my employees and myself, he has and still does go beyond whatever needs done to satisfy our business rentals. I have rented from Pit And Go N Center St Cumberland Md on a few occasions only to say I will NEVER rent a truck from there again! Poor business management, a lot of fraud YES fraud! I have been charged for moving blankets, which was NEVER on my original contract, we questioned about the additional fees I was told it was a mistake on my part HMMM! I have been charged for extra mileage, not enough fuel. We run a business this is my employees priority check fuel/ mileage. When I would contact Uhaul with complaints I got We wil check into it? Filthy trucks always! So in saying this ONLY rent from Dan Fisher, Professional quality service 100% all the time! Thanks Dan for keeping KTK Auction/ Moving services on the road with clean well maintained trucks!

The charge to drop off overnight is beyond ridiculous and un called for. This could be the only time that someone can drop it off and you will seriously charge for that?? This location on the other hand is amazing amd Dan is so friendly.
