This location is a disorganized mess. When I came to pick up the trailer, it was a surprise, they didn't know about the rental. They would not let me take the trailer without me giving them my credit card info. I told them that it was an online reservation, so you should have all of the info. NEVER AGAIN.

This was the 3rd location visited in one day. 1st location didn’t have trailer, 2nd location tires on trailer were bad and gentleman running location was out of control and very angry to where we had to get regional manager involved , 3rd location was very accommodating. But I will never recommend U-haul to anyone.

SCOTT GWas Disgusted With Uhaul For Red Flagging My Truck When It Was The Companies Fault For Charging Me Money For Late Fees That Did NOT Even Belong To Me They Allowed A Guy To Rent A Truck Using My Identity When He Had NO Permission To Even Do So Next Time They Refuse To Let Me Rent A Truck I Will Sue In Court For Illegal Discrimination
