The app quit working on me in the middle of the check in process. This was very frustrating, and I had to get. person on the phone. Other than that, the experience was good.
Bradley SOverall transaction went well at time of renting. But I found out at the drop off location that my invoice receipt with equipment number on it didn't match the actual equipment I rented. I didn't look at it trusting the rental place. It ended up being me and another customer that rented there had each other's equipment numbers on our invoice receipt and towing non matching equipment numbers to our invoices. So my suggestion would be for Rental places double check equipment # on the invoice matches the actual equipment # rented before customer leaves property and it wouldn't be a bad ideal for the customer to verify also. I know I will from now own. My guy from Rocky Top Storge rentals help get it figured out. That was my drop off location. Im sure all this an honest mistake but I would like to see it addressed across all locations so it hopefully doesn't happen again. Thank you for your time and this survey.
