It was a virtual experience The lock was not easy to get off. Putting the truck in park was a little difficult. Resulting in a dead battery. Roadside assistance was prompt. But I was charged 200 $ due to locking the keys in the truck. The same guy that jumped it opened it up. So, the 200 charge should be refunded ?!??

We were promised a drop-off location in Cool Springs, and this was confirmed multiple times—including a confirmation and a recorded phone call. From the pickup day onward, the experience was terrible. Every employee we spoke with was rude, aggressive, and dismissive. Despite having proof of the agreed-upon drop-off location, U-Haul still changed it and refused to take responsibility. Instead of helping resolve the issue, staff made the situation more stressful and frustrating. This was not a small inconvenience—it caused unnecessary time, stress, and frustration during an already stressful move. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability.
HUNGU LIt was a virtual center. I like being able to deal with a person where i can shake their hand. Also i had rented blankets , appliance dolly , furniture dolly. All which i left in the truck at drop off. The app asked a question is truck clean for another family to use I said yes but who at this center is removing those items if the next family is renting those items. Kind of a trick question.
Gregg GIf you are a U-Haul dealer, you should be open. Doing everything over phone was not appealing for me.
JONATHAN HTruck was dirty and never cleaned out prior to my rental. U-Haul app did not work for both pick up and drop off of truck. I will only rent in person from now on!
