My reservation was for 9AM. When I arrived, the gas station clerk had no idea about a U-Haul reservation and was very misinformed. Long story short, I got the U-Haul around 9:45-9:50PM. Owner wouldn't pick up until he finally did. It was just a hassle. I would not recommend this place.

EDUARDO RThe truck was full of mud on the outside and very dirty on the inside, with 1/4 gas, when I put gas in it trying to reach 1/4 I went for 1/8 more (about $10) and when I asked To the man, if they gave me any credit for delivering the truck with more gasoline, he laughed in my face and treated me like a miserable person. I rented it there because it was close to what I was going to pick up, but I didn't like the condition of the truck.
