This is the third bill I have received for one rental. The truck had one tire low & the ac didn’t work. When I turned in the truck I was told the total was $58 & change. I have received a charge of $74, $83, & $67. I will dispute all three with my credit card company & let You guys figure out what to do.

Orlando GNo clear signs that this was a U-Haul location other than trucks being parked outside on the street. The cashier didn’t speak English or understand that I was coming to pick up a U-Haul. I had to call U-Haul customer service who then contacted the owner who called the cashier to hand me her phone to process the payment. I’ve rented many U-Haul’s and this was by far the most ghetto experience I’ve had.
