When I met with the rep from the pick up location, we told them that we did not need the hand truck. They told us it was okay to not take it. So we only took the blanket. When we picked up the truck, it had the engine light on. Something definitely wrong with the engine because driving to Vegas, the engine lights kept on the whole time and the transmission was slipping. We felt super uneasy and thought the truck would stop on the freeway.
SOPHIA LThe man at The Computer Connect would not help me with anything really. No eye contact. Refused to give me his name. Did not give me paperwork confirming I had returned the truck. He even accused my roommate of lying when she fold me that the business doors were locked at 10am. "Your roommate is probably lying." Lousy customer service.
MICHELLE JTerrible experience. I had to wait over an hour to pick up the van. There might not even be a possibility for a refund or compensation. The person said the supervisor would review it and MAYBE give compensation. There was trash and the bed was dirty I had to sweep it clean. Truly a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
