Owner was very rude and called me out my name. Charged me for overage fuel without telling me until found out thru email that I was charged. Called him to explain charge, he was very unprofessional and rude. Will definitely not recommend this location.

Best location for U-haul in SoCal! Quick & Easy pickup/dropoff
OMAR SThe place was not yet open. The parking lot was wet at the sidewalk with perhaps water from irrigation and a little muddy. We didn't have an opportunity to talk with anyone as the place was still closed. Since we rented the truck at 9:30am the day before, we thought it was our responsiility to turn it in at the right time. When I check my bank statement, I was hit with a charge of $50.01 dollars. I thought it was because we had no broom to swipe the inside of the truck. But had no explaination for this charge. I called once, and they didn't pick up the phone. I called the second time and was sent to the voice mail box. So, to the date I am not sure, why the charge has been applied. I'd like a statement with charges though.
MARTHA TThey charge me for the equipment saying that it was missing well in fact i return the dolly tied up inside the truck. And nobody can explain why I paid extra miles and charge right away to my account and end being charge more after I returned it.
MARY MThis vendor charged for failure of re-filling gas, when I had photo evidence to prove otherwise. He also added insurance, which I did not authorize. He also closed his shop early, so when I dropped off the uHaul I had to put the key in the drop box, to which he then claimed that the uHaul wasn't returned until the next day, when it was actually returned the same day. He had the nerve to charge insurance for 2 days even. Was able to dispute the charges through uHaul headquarters, but what terrible experience. It's a darn shame what's happening to business ethics these days. Always cover your butt, take photos/videos of everything.
