Some people need to drop the race card they always use. He did not tell me who is was when he approached me. He went off when he took the blankets out of the truck that I was locking up and I took pictures of them. He did not like his picture being taken. At that point I did not know who he was. He told me to take the truck done where else. I told him no and went to the police station. Never been treated with that kind of disrespect.

Not happy at all. This location is an unman-ed facility every thing is done via an app. or the web. It took me over an hour to jump through all the hoops just to get the truck. I tried several times to contact someone local and never got a return call. The truck side of the rental was great! The next time I go to a REAL U-Haul office.
