Minimal contact with staff. Used the app to return vehicle. Staff asked us to move the equipment, but we refused. No assistance offered at all.

Truck was barely dirty and i got charged another 50 dollars i already swept it out
TRENT TThe pick up location we could not understand him he did not speak English very well, had to call his son to help him. It took way longer than it should have and then we wanted to pay with cash when did that become a bad thing.
DOUGLAS MThe representative was not friendly and was very hard to communicate with.
ERNEST MThey do not keep the truck keys in the lock boxes. I keep them inside behind the counter. The gentleman that works inside, barely speaks any English and it was very difficult to get the keys.
