Truck was said to have 1/4 tank of gas, pulled away and got a warning 10 miles to empty, it was below E. I returned it with more than 1/4 tank and contacted U-Haul directly after pickup, despite the fact we drove an entire 10 miles. When there, was told they did not have an appliance dolly, and gave me hand trucks. Was charged 2 days for appliance dolly, fortunately we found there was one already in truck the site wasn't aware of. When we received the truck, I took pictures of damages and the fact it was not swept out and had lots of junk in the back (debris), we sept it out before and after usage.

Wilhemina RIts a Vape store, convenience store, gas station all rolled into one small building with just one person running it all. Waited forever for him to come take pictures so I could get the trailer hooked up and get on the road. Very unprofessional.
Timothy HBroken strapes, neglected to attach chains to vehicle, tail lights hanging out by wires, truck full of roaches, improperly loaded vehicle. Tried to used thin personal straps on my vehicle, area manager had to intervene and replace equipment parts, 2 hours delay in hot sun. Store over charged my card. Did not get correct hand truck.
