The reservation was switched to this location for no apparent reason and even though the pick up time was supposed to be for 9am the truck was not returned for us to pick up until 12pm!!!!! Seriously kept us from getting loaded and on the road back to my apartment in Dawsonville GA. Won't be using U-haul again any time soon!!! Won't recommend to anyone else.

CORY MThere was trash behind the seats and I returned it with the same amount of fuel that was in it and they charged me $54.75 for 6 gallons of fuel. They are a rip off they wait till you leave and then add all these extra charges that should not be there.
