Busy Convinence store. U-Haul pick up was a little slow. Thankfully there was one person who could finally focus on hand over. Also I was never told we had to pick up on time. Timely is not always easy when you are dealing with a move. Even with a 1 hour window.
Richard DI had the dolly one day and was charged for two days
ROGER BCheck engine light stayed on the whole time we used it. Trash was left in the cab. The back was clearly not swept. I was never taken to the truck to make sure there were no dings that I wouldn't be charged for. The gas station worker handling my reservation didn't print off any paperwork so I could clearly see all the details. The man couldn't get my email correct, spelling it as "gmail@.com". So I never received the emailed contract either. The best he could do was use my phone to take a quick pic of part of the info. He never went over where I should return the truck, at what time, in what condition, making sure I knew I'd be charged per mile after 30 miles, which I was not aware of, especially since we were paying an hefty price up front for a day rate. All of this neglect made me very insecure about the truck itself, even though it only had 60 K miles. The whole time I felt like I was touching the previous renters germs. DEFINITELY won't rent from that place again & will warns others about it.
