My main thing was the a/c would only work when stopped. It was a long day and I didn't like it. Customer service was great. But I figured the ac would work the whole time being 95 all day. So that definelty needs to be fixed. Kinda disappointed I didn't have air after a long hot move..
ISAAC PHas anyone from U-Haul actually seen this location? It is SKETCHY! I can't see why U-Haul would want to be associated with a facility like this. It's basically a poorly-maintained, highly suspect, convenience store with a U-Haul lot in the back. The building is in poor shape, it's dark and feels dangerous inside. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

CALEB RBad location and not a care in the world about good customer service. Dirty rental unit looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years!!! This was the absolute worst rental I’ve ever had with UHaul and I rent fairly often to help move furniture for family.
