The van had dirt in the back which stained a couch that I moved. The location is run down and sketchy.

Robert OThe person in charge didn't want to except the truck even after I told them that my return address for the truck was there. He kept saying he didn't have it in the system. Finally he told me to bring it. It was really difficult getting the truck into the yard due to space.
MARGARET ENo lights. Pickup area was poorly marked. Felt unsafe and dangerous.
