I reserved a 15' at a location close to my house. Then The next day I got a message that said they can't guarantee the truck at the location I selected so they gave me an option to select another location. So I selected that location. 2 hours before I'm supposed to pick the truck up. I got a notification saying that they can't guarantee the availability of the truck at the second location so they gave me a third location even farther away from my house. I think that's really piss-poor customer service. This is like a rerun of a Seinfeld episode. You can sure take the reservation but you can't hold it.
