The office had nothing I needed as far as the furniture pads I ordered or locks. The lady at the desk was very unapologetic about it and was more concerned about receiving a payment. For someone’s first experience renting a Uhaul the exchange seemed really cold. The trucks cargo area was clean but the cab was not. Windshield was dirty.
