The 3rd party who provided my truck is the ONLY reason this rating is excellent not U Haul. Tiffany went above and beyond in handling my order. However U Haul was to provide me with additional items that she did not have. I was to go to the Harry Hines location which was not near my move because Harry Hines didn't even have them and advised me to call another location (Westmoreland & Kiest) where I was told they didn't have an order in their system or a truck rented, even though Tiffany could see the items in her system and so could Harry Hines. U Haul basically allowed me to pay for items they didn't provide and I still haven't been refunded. U Haul used to be the go to place for all things moving, but I'm pretty sure I will not use U Haul again because of their poor customer service and misleading website. KUDOS to Tiffany at New Season 24 for providing stellar business practices!
