First I was contacted by customer center that a location change was made due to my early time that was requested. Just to find out when I get there they do not open until an hour later. I waste gas and time going back home and then coming back once store was open. Customer service was horrible! I told them I had a reservation the lady first stated they did not have a truck for me! Then had to call a manager his name was Mike in to assist her due to the fact that I had a reservation reserved. This was the longest experience also my first time dealing with renting a truck. This was not pleasant nor smooth. The individual had me waiting at least 40 minutes until she got the transaction correct, this took about three tries. When I tried to call customer service of course no representative was Available. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Recomiendo mucho este lugar de alquiler. En lo personal el trato y el servicio que recibí fue muy bueno desde que hice mi reservación para un tráiler fue muy sencillo y cuando recogí mi equipo personalmente fui atendido por el mánager Michael Daniels quien apesar de mi lenguaje no era muy bueno el busco otras opciones para poder comunicarnos, entendernos, firmar y listo. Muchas Gracias Daniels y U-HAUL. I highly recommend this rental place. Personally, the treatment and service I received was very good since I made my reservation for a trailer it was very simple and when I picked up my equipment personally I was attended by manager Michael Daniels who despite my language was not very good, I looked for other options to be able to communicate, understand each other, sign and that's it. Thank you very much Daniels and U-HAUL.


contact-free pickup isn't as seamless as advertised but the staff was kind and very helpful


My reservation wasn't at this U-Haul location, I was forced to transfer after arriving to another location and my truck not being ready. Upon picking up the truck it smelled very strongly of marijuana.


Keep the professionalism, that the company promotes. You're going a great job..

The individual working at this location Kiest/Westmoreland (Steven) made me feel extremely uncomfortable & unsafe. This was very argumentative & aggressive with me. It seems to me like this person is used to talking to people this way. I will not be returning to this business again, and just like this person said to doesn't matter to loose my business because I'm only one person. Yes, I'm only one person but reviews & word of mouth means a lot

Was charged additionally, because we didn't fill the truck entirely despite when we were told you could return it at half a tank, which would make sense since it only given to us half full. U-haul needs to either have an universal rule for that, instead of being rude to customers.

The place had great signage for where to drop off my rental and it was clean. Staff however seemed a little disengaged. They weren't rude but I wouldn't rate them for five star customer service. I'd go there if I had to but it wouldn't be my number one choice


Read a customer's reservation before entering them as a walk in. This location has overcharged me as well has charged my staff's card for the rental. This could have been prevented if the agent would have read the reservation details stating I was a corporate account.

We're very friendly and helpful and Tia was very bubbly and considerate.


Did not have handtruck/dolly available with truck. Also, this was not the original location where I had reserved a truck. It placed me behind schedule. This the second time I reserved a vehicle and it was not there when I arrived. Not from this location but from another location.
