The young girl working there was extremely rude and difficult. The truck did not have the blankets I had ordered online and instead had 2 dollies I did not order. The truck also had a check engine light on the entire time and was very dirty in the cabin.

They were friendly, and accommodating considering i was 2 hours late and arrived 15 minutes before closing. But the process felt unprofessional, as one woman was on her phone and another appeared from a back room talking about a nap. Equipment was left in the uhaul, as well as another customers trash/towels

Not very honest about gas mileage. Overcharged eventhough I put gas back in truck. I think its purposely not on full or half full so they can say the hand wasn't exactly where its supposed to be. I just won't return to location.

I didn't rent a dolly or furniture pads, yet they still charged me for it. On top of that, the reply email was not a real email, so I couldn't even tell them their billing mistake. Won't be using them ever again.

Prior to actual pick up, I was redirected to 3 locations because of the lack of availability and information regarding my reservation. As I went from location to location, two of them had no information of my reservation. When I arrived the Madison Tennessee location (again, no knowledge of my reservation) the manager, Jeremy, was able to offer a truck for me, however, my credit card appeared to decline because it was input incorrectly. It has a chip in it and should have been inserted as opposed to sliding. That made my card appears to decline. Jeremy then stated "looks like you're not going any where" while laughing along with his female coworker (who was sucking her thumb...) Neither was wearing a name tag. Just thought you would like to know what the face of your company looks like in Madison, Tennessee on Gallatin Pike. Otherwise, all was great.

It's extremely hard to communicate with the customer service people's and I returned the car same day 02/27/2016 03/02/2016 but they confirmed me that they got everything the following week Wednesday. I was bothered about it so I was calling them and she didn't call me back I just got the email saying they got it today that is Thursday 03/03/2016

I have rented around 12 trailers from Uhaul in past 3 years. Agent always hooked trailer up for me. Arrived this time and agent stated she would not hook trailer up. She said she was only a dealer and I had to hook up. I am in my 60's and bad back. This large enclosed trailer has a tongue weight of about 120 pounds. I ended up hurting my back trying to lift the hitch up. I am not an expert on how to hook up chains, etc. but I am sure the chain for emergency brake was not right but she did not know how it was suppose to be attached. I asked how I was suppose to get out of parking lot (too narrow to turn around) She said drive across vacant lot next door and jump down off curb onto freeway entrance ramp. Almost got ran over by busy traffic and my hitch scrapped curb. Returned trailer Sunday. No one there. I had to unhook and lift trailer again by myself. Re-injured back. Why does the website not alert you that you have to hook trailer up yourself. Never happened before. This is a serious liability issue for your Company.

the lady that I check the truck out with this very nice but the receptionist to call me on the phone the following day was very rude instead of her just telling her other customer wasn't available she was rushing me to bring the truck back which I thought was really rude if I wouldn't finish moving so no I would not use your location again but I will use u-haul

I have an issue with this uhaul pickup location..the representative there did not explain to me that we will be charged $0.40 cents per mile after we use the free 474 miles that was given..with that said I received a bill from them unexpectedly..I will never used uhaul again and I will never recommend uhaul to no one!..

I included a dolly rental in my online order. When I got to my home I realized there was no dolly in the Uhaul. The location had already closed and I needed to pack up that evening to leave for Austin the next morning. It was an inconvenience to move without a dolly.

Truck was due back at 10 on Sunday, a day you were closed. We returned the truck about 90 minutes late, so we were charged for an entire day (not prorated) and hit with another day's insurance. The amount of gas left in the tank shown on our closing contract was also less than it was when we turned in the truck. We drove 86 miles and spent $20 on gas, and are told that instead of a quarter of tank of gas (which is all we were given to start), it now has an eighth of a tank. That means it got less than 10 miles to the gallon, which is the lowest mileage I've ever had with a truck like this. The truck could also give you whiplash when it shifted gears. I'm not done moving but won't be back. Charging me for 24 hours (plus insurance) when I was 90 minutes late is a ripoff. You guys have your truck and your money, but you won't have me as a customer again and you lost more than you gained because I have lots more that I still need to move.

Because the employees at the initial u-haul company didn't enter the correct information it caused issues once I turned in the truck, and this took some time to resolve. The employee at this location, just like the employee in Ohio gave me the run around instead of taking the initiative to get it resolved.
