The location was not open on the day of drop off so I followed the steps on the app for drop off, which was completed before I had the truck for 24hours even. The location then attempted to charge me for having the truck an extra day. U-haul customer service has been great to try to get this resolved when I have contacted the general support number. Not impressed with the drop off location and them trying to not return my full deposit.

Janice OThe first location I was told to drop it off at ,a motel told me I couldn’t drop it He would not accept it told me he had no space He sent me to the mini storeage who only do trucks .they accepted the trailer but said the other guy does this all the time . He sends trailers to the other spot knowing they only do trucks very unprofessional
