I don't recommend booking mobile pickup once it gets dark outside at this location. it took me a hour and a half to find the actual location (not Hardwick street at all its the alley way) - there are no directions on where to go or what to do once you arrive at front of building-- the vehicle was blocked by another vehicle and then the guy on the phone gave us a diff vehicle that we didn't really want it was huge but thankful .. we would've never found the lock box and then of course because it took a hour and a half to find vehicle then having to figure out we have to contact someone whose not there for assistance and finding a diff vehicle it made us run out of time on our reservation ...... I just think overall they need auto lights and also a guide for what to do upon arrival bc all I got was a picture of a backyard.

Jose LI called to let them know the air conditioner didn't work properly, and I had the truck loaded full and every time you pushed the gas pedal the air would shut off. This was like this for 1200 miles from North Carolina to Texas. I would have liked a refund of some kind, but NO one would help me.
David LDidn’t have truck, 2nd truck didn’t have wipers, had to go back to first place to get wipers replaced, then got threatened to get the police called on me with an attitude where I dropped it off at, because they said they didn’t see the truck….. had to drive up there and show them the key and the truck was already in their yard. That they had already moved around in the yard before hand which made no sense to call me threatening to call the police for a truck they already moved around in the yard.
