The location 'feels' sketchy, but it's close to my house, they always have the vehicle that I want and the people are very nice.
LAWRENCE PThank you, but I actually had to go to a different store myself because, when I went to use the straps, they were in poor condition—and one of them was too short. However, when I visited the Garland store—which is a large location—the manager immediately ordered that they be replaced with new ones. The service there was excellent; the smaller stores, however, need to be more attentive and properly inspect their units, as this caused me a delay of two and a half hours. Until next time.
RUDY LI rented the U-Haul for one day and they charged me two days upfront. They indicated it was just a hold however it never got corrected.
Marvin VI was told I could self drop off the truck because they closed at 2pm on Saturday. I wasn't told I would be charged $20 dollars for it.
