The truck was very loud and slow , because the catalytic converter was missing. And the clerk stated that it was ok to drive because I was only using the truck locally and I returned the truck after 7:00 pm and put the key in the box . And I’m not sure when the check the box. They end up charging me for 2 days. Terrible place

I would actually give this location a rating of 4.5 stars. The employees were helpful and nice.
Tabitha BI was supposed to receive 6 dozen blankets but I only received 6 bags with a couple of extras that was lose. At the time it looked right because it was 6 bags and I ordered 6 dozen. After ariving at my destination I was charged $336 extra for missing blankets. And now im having to wait for an entire investigation to "possibly" get my money back.
William ZWhile the attendant was pleasant…there was less gas in the truck than mentioned and the truck itself was absolutely filthy! I’m highly disappointed as I had limited time and had to move forward with the rental any ways.
RYAN JThis facility is VERY sketchy. Parking is awful and very unorganized. There is hardly any signage to indicate where to park and finding the key drop box was insanely inconvenient. I would never return or go to this location again, definitely wouldn’t recommend to someone I love or care about.
