Horrible interaction. I got there and had to wait 10-15 minutes for the guy to find some keys he missplaced. He also had the trailer parked behind a personal vehicle and he accused me of hitting the trailer with my hitch which caused the trailer to hit his car. Wasn't true and then he proceed to have a really ugly attitude. After arguing back and forth I told him I had a reverse hitch camera and I could see exactly where I was going. Guy kinda dropped it after that but he still wasnt costumer friendly after failing to blame me for his cars damage. Wouldnt recommend at all.

James WI specifically requested a location close to where we were moving from and I was told I had to go to this location. The owner was late getting there and then we were told that the truck we reserved wasn’t even there. Then we had to wait for the link to upload documents and take pictures of the vehicle and upload. EST part, one blinker didn’t work and a break light was out. So we went from Texas to Louisiana in rain storms with 1 break light. Completely horrible experience. Never again will U-Haul get my money.
