GERRY WThe attendant was not prepared to serve the client, did not walk me around the vehicle to mark any possible damage, did not talk me through any of the specifics of the contract - gas level, mileage, emergency numbers, etc. It was no big deal because I've rented many times. But it was not the usual pre-trip process.
