Online booking suggested our reservation was guaranteed at 8am on our requested date. On arrival, the location was closed, which should have been okay since we could use mobile pick-up, however, the keys were not in the lock box to even pick-up at our reservation time. It took us quite some time on the phone with customer service to get verified, and then someone from the location pulled up 2 hours after our reservation time to tell us that they had the keys and they were not in the box. I would not recommend this location for mobile pick-up especially before the location opens (11am).

Michael PIt was a good place to go, it was different not like like the other location I usually went to, but It was great. Everything went smoothly, the guy that help us was really nice and patient.

Kymberli CTruck was not clean. The office was closed at pick up and drop off. The person working was not onsite even though the office says open. There is no clear indication where to enter. The guy is doing business from a severly smashed iPhone.
