The guy at pick up location told us not to bring the truck back to his lot because it was too big and to take it back to another location for drop off. Problem being he almost had us stuck with a drop fee but Ace from Uhual in McKinney off US 380 and McDonald st took care of us and got it all straightened out with no drop fee! Thank you Ace for wonderful customer service and turning what could have been an awful experience to a good one.
