Not there at appt time. Didn't have required trailer. Rented a different one. Didn't work. Returned within the hour.The whole time, owner wouldnt answer phone or return calls. Was refunded about 1/3 of my payment. I had lots of work done to get this done to return to Wisconsin including driving the opposite direction to pickup a U-Haul wiring harness for another U-Haul to install a long with a trailer hitch. We'll go figure, they didn't have the trailer hitch. Had to settle for an 1.5 inch receiver. That process took 4 hours. What a joke....
