Was going to purchase blankets for shipping but the business was not a place that was open so I could not do this. Got switched from the one I originally booked with so I was not aware of this being somewhere that didn't get me what I needed. Suggestion would be that the person that calls to adjust your rental informs people of this. Truck was comfortable and clean.
