It would be great to have transparency on how this no contact pick up work. I wasn’t aware of this before I arrive when speaking to your care team booking reservation steps and procedures would have been great.

Kai KTransmission and brake not up to standard. Uhauls were parked all around the block so finding the correct one was like a Easter egg hunt.
Michelle LWhen I picked up uhaul, the uhaul website check in said the mileage was 87928 but the actual odometer reading was 87970, I called uhaul on the phone and got transferred but call was hung up, however I had to leave. So I called uhaul the next day and finally got thru, and the uhaul agent said she would put the correct mileage on the records. When I turned the uhaul in, I was charged the correct mileage that started at 87970 odometer reading, so, thank you to the uhaul agent who corrected the mileage for me! Thanks so much!
