The app was extremely frustrating to use. It kept asking for a second person even after we already entered the information. The in-app chat support was very slow to respond and ultimately not helpful. There was also no assistance available at the pickup location, no direct phone number posted, and no easy way to contact U-Haul for support. What should have been a quick pickup process took over 30 minutes. If you’re going to offer mobile pickup, the app needs to work properly and support needs to be accessible. I will not use this location again.

The location was ideal to rent the U-Haul truck and the call center was very nice and helpful during the check in and out process.
Jorge GOverall, I wouldn’t recommend uhaul to anyone I know. I would actually recommend against it. I put my reservation in a week ago and less then 24 hours before my pick up they did t have a big enough truck. But I reserved one? I was given the smallest size with no accommodation to my move. This completely fucked over my whole move, as its distance and going back and forth wasn’t realistic especially considering I had ordered what I needed and didn’t get it. I was only able to fit 1/3 of my needs into this terribly small truck. Uhaul doesn’t care about your needs, you, or anything but money. They get to charge prices that aren’t realistic and if they don’t have what you need, it’s an oops make it work. And once the miles keep adding up it’s only a win for them. I will never reserve with Uhaul again and make sure the people in my life do the same.
Allison MDifficult to find parking during street cleaning days. No designated parking only street parking and park on your own. The self return process after hours using the app was also difficult to use requiring a representative to help complete the return.
