I put an order for truck, dolly, carrying cart, furniture mats and bed plastic bag. You aren’t given any instructions of how to get into the self pick up facility that had a gate. We had to walk in from a parking lot nearby. The instructions are at the end of check in which isn’t helpful because you have to take photos of the truck before getting there. The photo upload doesn’t work well on the app. Also they had the truck with all the items except the bed bag at one location which was much further than I requested. So after driving far to one U-Haul I thought they forgot the bag. Then after everything was packed up in the truck I saw the bed bag I had to pick up at another U-Haul. This should have all been provided at one location. This was very disappointing and with all the difficulty we wasted about an hour picking it up
