The check in process was so easy, the truck was brand new and very clean, and drop off was a breeze.

They seems to be very busy, but very friendly people.

I rented a trailer. I returned it on the morning of the 17th. They charged me 2 extra days through the 19th. Maybe you can correct it. Thank you.

I did not choose this location. I used the Uhaul.com website and I requested a pick up in Danbury, CT. Specifically, I chose the location on Division Street; 4 blocks from my house! The first time I completed the order, Uhaul.com sent me to Newburgh, NY for the pick up. I cancelled the order! I completed a second request and the order completed with a pick up at the Division Street location. I even printed out the form with the Division Street location on the sheet. That day or the next, I received a text from Uhaul confirming my pick-up. Unfortunately, I didn't read it until later...when I found out that the pick up location was changed again. This time, at least, the location was in Danbury, CT. Unfortunately, instead of driving 1 minute down the road, I had to drive over 10 minutes to a location I could only find using GPS. The representative I spoke to was apologetic but helpful. I received my trailer and left. The people I dealt with at both locations were fine; the website is a piece of crap! I will use it again in the future but, if this happens again, that will be the last time I ever use the website.

They did a great job. Charlie and Mike were terrific. I came in just before they closed, and they went out of their way to help. Thanks. Tom C Danbury

Pickup was before hours on a weekend; using the automated system through the website was quick and easy. I left my car parked next to where I found the truck. However, none of the equipment I requested (dolly, furniture pads) were loaded in the back of the truck, and since the location wasn't open there was no one I could speak to. I ended up moving without these supplies. When I came back to drop off the truck, I found my car up on a tow truck ready to be taken away - apparently I wasn't allowed to leave it in their lot, though that information wasn't provided by U-Haul when the reservation was made, nor was it posted. They dropped it and I was able to leave. I am currently awaiting credit for the materials that were not provided.

Later hours would be better for the "9to5" working people.
