The location was very convenient for us. picking up the key took 45 minutes though. The lock is very hard to use and the drop box was hard to get key out, it would not open all the way, the key was hung on the screw, it was pretty frustrating, but we finely got it but not without getting some cuts on my husband hand. After that things went fine.

Parking lot was huge
Carlos MI was over charged for a local rental and the truck had no air condition and it was so hot inside the cab from the motor that my husband got sick. The truck was suppose to be $29.95 a day. And I had it for 4 hours and they charged me $300!!
