How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck had a half a tank of fuel when picked up.So when I returned the truck I was told to put the same amount back in. Then I was charged for fuel when it had almost 5/8 when dropped off. The interior was sticky and I had to wipe it down and clean it since they couldn’t. Then I go out of my way to haul a trailer back for U-Haul and they tried to say the truck was late when they was suppose to comp me an extra day for doing so. So yet again I had to call and waste my time to get this all straitened out.
Chase CGreat experience fantastic
LARRY AA/C in the truck didn’t work, not aware until we left the location. Staff is great and helpful!
Gwendolyn BI don't usually do reviews, but felt like I owed this one... Excellent customer service! I had to extend my rental 3 times & change my drop-off location due to extenuating circumstances & U-haul made it very easy & affordable for me to do so. Very grateful to everyone at U-haul for their help. I will certainly refer you to anyone I know that is moving or needs rentals of any kind.
