Had me pick up farther away and didn't add miles that were promised. Charged me for gas when I left it on same as I picked it up 🆙 n
Joey GThe first trailer was not good, the tongue and clamp were rusted and not working properly. The people at the Dandridge location went above and beyond and was able to get me another trailer to the specifications that I needed. They made sure that the connections were good, and that my lights worked. They did an excellent job. HOWEVER... the ORIGINAL drop-off location was horrible. It was basically an empty yard with a drop box for keys - and with no fencing, anyone could have come in and dragged off the trailer. The person that ran the drop off location I later found out started his vacation cruise the day before and would not have been able to check my trailer "IN" for over a week to ten days. So I called Uhaul and made arrangements to bring it to ANOTHER LOCATION an hour and 45 minutes out of my way to get the trailer turned in on time. That time is valuable to me, as was the gas it took to drive 65 miles round-trip when I didn't have to. Shame on you Uhaul.
